You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 3pate. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 3pate reserves the right to request CNIC or documentary proof of age at any point and to suspend accounts pending verification.
Each player is permitted to hold a single 3pate account. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent limits, or evade verification checks will be closed and any associated balances forfeited. This policy applies across all devices and payment methods.
All promotional bonuses offered by 3pate are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions are stated in full on the individual promotion page. Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately.
3pate operates a Know Your Customer process in compliance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. Players will be required to submit identity documentation before any withdrawal is processed. Incomplete or fraudulent documentation will result in account suspension.
All withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) to the verified payment method on your account. 3pate supports JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Withdrawals are processed within one business day subject to completed KYC and standard security checks.
3pate reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, collusion, use of automated betting software, or violations of these Terms are detected. Decisions are made by 3pate's compliance team and are final subject to the dispute process outlined herein.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:
By accessing, registering on, or using the 3pate Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 3pate Privacy Policy and all applicable game-specific rules and promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 3pate with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, negotiations, or understandings, whether oral or written. If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your Account.
Where you access the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

3pate reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documentation includes a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence. Accounts will be suspended and withdrawals withheld pending satisfactory completion of the age and identity verification process.
Where 3pate has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered Player is under the age of 21, the Account will be suspended immediately. If the suspension is confirmed following review, the Account will be permanently closed and any balance — including deposited funds — will be handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations.
Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3pate will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
You agree to notify 3pate immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. 3pate cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.
3pate reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any Account at any time, including requests for source-of-funds documentation in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations. Failure to cooperate with such checks within the timeframe specified will result in Account suspension.
All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 3pate accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed at the time of deposit and may be updated by 3pate from time to time.
Deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmed receipt by 3pate's payment processor. 3pate accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
3pate does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 3pate bears no responsibility.

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

The use of betting strategies designed to reduce risk while fulfilling wagering requirements — including but not limited to arbitrage, hedge betting, or systematic pattern wagering — constitutes abuse of bonus terms and will result in bonus cancellation and, where applicable, account review.
All bets placed on the 3pate Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game, sport, or market in question, as published in the relevant game or sportsbook rules section. By placing a bet, you acknowledge acceptance of those rules.
3pate uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all virtual games. RNG outcomes are independently verified and are not subject to manipulation by 3pate or any Player. For live dealer games, outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer in a certified live studio environment.

In-play betting markets are subject to brief suspensions during key moments of a match. 3pate accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to a market suspension, connection interruption, or device failure on the Player's end.

Available responsible gaming tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion may be requested for a defined period or on a permanent basis. A self-exclusion request takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for its stated duration.
Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to register new accounts or access the Platform by any other means. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms. If 3pate identifies a self-excluded individual attempting to circumvent their exclusion, the Account will be closed and any funds deposited during the exclusion period will be returned subject to verification.

Where 3pate detects or reasonably suspects any of the above activities, we reserve the right to suspend the Account immediately, withhold any associated funds pending investigation, and where appropriate, report the matter to relevant legal or regulatory authorities.
All content on the 3pate Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game designs, software, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3pate or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 3pate.
By using the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not extend to any resale, redistribution, systematic copying, or reverse engineering of Platform content or software.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3pate's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3pate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 3pate has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3pate makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to carry out scheduled and emergency maintenance at any time.
3pate collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and 3pate and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
3pate employs 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission and implements industry-standard security protocols to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
3pate reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, 3pate will provide reasonable prior notice to registered Players via email or prominent Platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account by contacting 3pate support.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 3pate is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 3pate's customer support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution procedure specified by 3pate's licensing authority. 3pate will cooperate fully with any such procedure and will provide all relevant information requested.
Nothing in this Section limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
